A leader per excellent and a philanthropist without a fault from Obazu-Mbieri Mbaitoli LGA of Imo State, Sir.(Dr) Onyewuchi Chikerem Asinobi,JP, has made it known his political stand for the re-election of Sen.Hope Uzodimma, who is the APC Guber Candidate for the November 11th 2023 governorship polls.
The Mayor of Obazu Autonomous community Dr.Asinobi, made it known to the gentlemen of the press in Owerri that he has endorse Uzodimma's second term on Sunday, September 9th 2023 at the Rockview Hotels Owerri shortly after he received an award from the leadership of Conference of Development Area Coordinators, CODACORD, as they successfully celebrated their one year anniversary in office.
Dr.Asinobi, in a media chat with the media Men and some other Gentlemen of the Press, after receiving what members of CODACORD tagged as Shared Prosperity Hero Award, expressed satisfaction to drum his political heavyweight support towards the reelection of Governor Uzodimma.
According to Mayor Asinobi,"Governor Hope Uzodimma has done well in all ramifications through his leadership styles of good governance.
"That was the reason, I decided to join so many reasonable individuals from across the 27 LGA's of the state to declare my support for his governorship ambition;
"We, the people of Mbieri, Mbaitoli, Owerri Zone and Imolites have resolved
to work at ensuring the victory of APC, come 11th November 2023 polls", Mayor Obazu submitted.
He reiterated that he is impressed with the obvious Uzodinma's giant strides so far recorded under his administration
The exceptional leader of our time, the Obazu-Mbieri-Born-Philanthropist, Dr.Asinobi,(Mayor )in his continuous acknowledgement of Uzodimma's leadership achievements for the past three years and eight months, scored the laudable projects of the Governor high.
He therefore stated that the government of the day in Imo State has motivated dignitaries like him to encourage the re-election bid of the incumbent Governor.
The Mayor of OBAZU AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY while speaking commended the Mbaitoli-East Development Centre, Hon.Chief Ugonna Achuko ( Ike Oha Mbieri)for his great achievement and contribution in sustaining peace and unity in Mbieri Nwaotuoke ancient kingdom, and also making sure there's a sustainable development in the locality .
Dr.Asinobi also thank the Governor his excellency Sen.Hope Odidika Uzodimma for appointing one of the illustrious son of Mbieri, Chief Ugonna Achuko as the coordinator Mbaitoli East development centre.
