▪️HLPAI CALL ON IGP TO ARREST THOSE BEHIND THE ATTACK ON JEO AJERO .
The Human Life Protection Advocacy Initiative ,(HLPAI) in collaboration with Life In Imo Group ,(LIIG) , has expressed utmost dissatisfaction and condemned in very strong terms , what it described as the unwarranted acts of physical violence perpetrated against the person of Comrade Joe Ajearo , the national Chairman of Nigeria Labour Union .
Reacting to the ugly development through a statement signed by the group Coordinator, Prince Maduba Chukwudi (OluImo) , Thursday, in Owerri, the non-profit civil society group urged the Inspector General of Police to order Immediate probe on the assassination attempt on the life of the National President of Nigeria Labour Union, Comrade Joe Ajearo.
While the video clip displaying violent attack on the Labour leader has gone viral , HLPAI, LIIG, wishes to state categorically, that expedited action on investigation and prosecution will contribute significantly to setting a good precedence that will deter others who are currently engaged in acts of violence against persons publicly and privately.
We also advised Imo State Government to caution her agents in committing heinous and barbaric act that displays the state in a shame show .

Imo State Government should come out with their clean hands by providing elements that took laws into their hands ,since police had disassociated themselves from the alleged attempted to murder , which on their reports admitted that they man was mobbed but rescued by security.
