Uzodimma merits reelection - Onuimo Lawmaker...canvasses support

The Member representing Onuimo State Constituency in Imo House of Assembly, Hon. Uba Esile, says Governor Hope Uzodimma merits reelection.

Uba stated that Uzodimma exemplifies good governance in the state which he remarked is shown in his numerous remarkable achievements centering mainly on road construction and rehabilitation across the state, youth digital training and empowerment, women empowerment, revamping of Adapalm, ongoing dredging of Oguta/Orashi River to link Atlantic Ocean for improved trade and commerce, regular payment of workers salary, ongoing employment of primary school teachers, renovation of Imo Assembly Complex, ongoing construction of IICC auditorium, among others, saying these giants achievements will earn him reelection.

Speaking with journalists during a Peace Rally and Empowerment convened by CEO of NEPAD, Imo State, Princess Glory Akobundu, held at Anara Central School, last week, Uba affirmed that the endorsement for second tenure of Governor Hope Uzodimma by women, men and youths of Okigwe Senatorial District was germane as the Governor will consolidate his democratic governance when he emerges winner of the November 11 2023 guber election in Imo State.

"The mindful unanimous endorsement of Governor Hope Uzodimma by Okigwe Zone women, men and youths is deserving because one good turn deserves another. His good works got him the endorsement. Hence we join the Governor in calling on those who do violence to stop and embrace peace and dialogue to move the state forward. These achievements are strengthening social development and economic prosperity in Imo State", the legislator maintained.

Uba, a pragmatic politician and consummate humanitarian, said he was happy of the empowerment of the over 300 poor women of Okigwe Senatorial Zone by the APC led government, calling on all thoughtful citizens of Imo State to support and vote massively for Uzodimma to enable him to retain power.
