The Special Adviser to Governor Hope Uzodimma on Networking, Hon Miss Chantel Adanna Chinyere Onwuzuruike, has expressed confidence and optimism in the traders in Imo State for standing tall and filing behind the Governor Senator Hope Uzodimma in the coming election.
Hon. Chantel made this sterling revelations during the ongoing Imo State Market and Traders Association (ISAMATA) market to market sensitization and campaign rally at the Relief Market Owerri, Tuesday, 31 October 2023.
Speaking Hon Miss Chantel Adanna Chinyere Onwuzuruike said that the traders are in the best position to talk good of the governor because they have witnessed other administrations in the State. Having scored the governor high in the first term they should equally do same to enable the consolidation of the governor's landmark projects.
While commending all the Market leadership in the Relief Markets, including, Green Roof, All Fruits Dealers and Grain Dealers, ISAMATA State President and Special Adviser to Governor Hope Uzodimma on Market, Hon. Emmanuel Ezeanochie, said that, the State Market leadership are in the markets to not only canvas for the election of Governor Hope Uzodimma for the second term, take inventory of the development and their need as well as to let the traders know that the only way to keep the good work is by electing the governor Senator Hope Uzodimma.
Ezeanochie, further pointed out, that, the leadership of the Relief Market have shown capacity and mobilization strength and encouraged them to use such efforts to ensure the reelection of the governor come November 11, 2023.
The leadership of the Relief Market Units, Hon. Sixtus Oworoma, Relief plaza Chairman, Hon. Vincent Ibe Abiola, Green Roof Chairman, Alhaji Abubakar Hassan, All Fruit Dealers Secretary, Hon. Mrs Charity Samuel Leader, All Fruits Dealers and Comd. Kelechi Chikere, Main Relief Market Chairman in their separate remarks, eulogies the governor Senator Hope Uzodimma for his people oriented leadership and explained in details the reasons behind the traders support and followership to the governor Senator Hope Uzodimma and ISAMATA respectively as the only way for the traders progress and business sustenability and lauded the governor Senator Hope Uzodimma for his proactiveness in the State through human capital and infrastructural development.
They pointed out that the traders are the major beneficiary's of the massive roads infrastructure in the State and thanked the governor in anticipation for his firm progress to install Solar lights system in the Relief Market as such will ensure security.
The highlight of the rally was the sharing of APC campaign materials to the traders and Cash rewards to some indigents traders by ISAMATA President, Hon. Emmanuel Ezeanochie.
Responding one of the cash award recipient, Madam Agnes Okere from Nekede a fruit Dealer thank God and the governor Senator Hope Uzodimma for using the State President ISAMATA, Hon. Emmanuel Ezeanochie to bless her and prayed for the success of the governor Senator Hope Uzodimma in the coming election and called on Imo people mostly the poor women to vote for governor Hope Uzodimma, APC Candidate.
