The new and conventional media respective has been awashed with the Avu Mechanic Village Land dispute between Chief Chinedu Ndubuisi, the CEO Cocean oil & gas , Mr. Krian Nnadi and Jeff Ukachukwu and I have taken my time as an investigative journalist to unravel the true account of the land dispute.
As a trained journalist, I have listened to the sides of Chief Chinedu Ndubuisi, the Chief Executive Officer of COCEAN oil & gas, Nigeria Automobile Technicians Association (NATA) and Prince Jeff Ukachukwu in the ongoing land dispute.
Going by the available evidences before me, Chief Chinedu Ndubuisi has proven beyond every reasonable doubt that the land in Avu Mechanic village belongs to him.
There is no need for Prince Jeff Ukachukwu and Krian Nnadi to continue to frustrate and destroy the CNG auto gas conversion training center in Imo State.
The young man in question, Dr. Chinedu Ndubuisi has shown his undying love and passion for the artisans in the State by providing the auto gas conversion center that will improve their skills going forward.
Dr. Chinedu Ndubuisi has proven himself to be a patriotic Imo son who is committed and dedicated to improving the living conditions of his people by the singular gesture to Imo people.
It is a fact known that the CNG auto gas conversion center will enhance the Mechanics as well as moving petroleum vehicles to gas.
All of us should be patriotic enough to understand that what Dr. Chinedu Ndubuisi is doing is a welcome development in the whole of Imo State.
Abia State Government under the able Governorship of Dr Alex Otih is currently funding Cocean 100% for the establishment of the CNG auto gas conversion center and what all of us should do now is to give Cocean moral support to complete the auto gas conversion center and not to be fighting him.
I wonder why somebody is attacking the only private investor that is interested in bringing auto gas conversion center in Imo State while other states in the federation has gotten theirs.
The action of Prince Jeff Ukachukwu and his co travelers will not encourage investors and developers to come into Imo state to invest when he continues this fight.
It is a well known fact that Prince Jeff Ukachukwu entered into the Avu Mechanic village through Krian Nnadi on a mission of building his own filling station as well as building hall worth of five million naira only for the Mechanics of which he has refused to come for review as demanded by the Mechanics.
It is high time Mr. Krian Nnadi and Jeff Ukachukwu should stop using our investors for politics. This is not what we should politicize in the first place. We joke alot in Nigeria and I think the likes of Chief Chinedu Ndubuisi should applauded for thinking home.
There so many of Imo sons and daughters that are doing pretty well in various endeavors and they didn't bring their invest home.
Why are we fighting the only Imo son who is genuinely working hard to improve and better his state?
The destruction of his Investment by our people is uncalled for. Imo people should be happy that our brother, Chief Chinedu Ndubuisi is a true son of the soil.
Prince Jeff Ukachukwu should be made to understand that no Mechanic including Krian Nnadi has the right to allocate any land to any investor and I wonder how he lay claims on the Avu Mechanic village land.
Let me put the record straight, I challenge Prince Jeff Ukachukwu and Krian Nnadi to provide the document of the Avu Mechanic village land so as to prove their ownership.
I equally challenge Prince Jeff Ukachukwu to provide the appointment letter as Imo State Government appointed Developer and that way, Imo people will know that he's incharge.
It is based on this available evidences that I call on Prince Jeff Ukachukwu and Krian Nnadi to support Chief Chinedu Ndubuisi in building the CNG auto gas conversion center in Imo State.
