The Special Adviser to Imo State Governor on Lands Recovery,Hon. Paschal Nwakanma (Dumdum) has urged Imolites who paid into Imo State Government account for land allocation to continue to keep faith with Governor Hope Uzodinma assuring them that they would not be disappointed.

Speaking to journalists in his office, Nwakanma disclosed that investigation is ongoing on the lands transaction adding that as soon as it ended all those that paid into the Treasury Single Account of the State would not be disappointed 

In his words,' His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma is not a man who speaks from both sides of his mouth. No hope is yet lost for those who legally purchased forms for the land allocations. All those that paid for the forms will be addressed by his Excellency, but for now investigation is ongoing. We will not relent in ensuring all those lands are recovered.

Reacting to high incident of land dispute in the State, the SA called on the affected to lodge official reports to his office assuring them such matters would be resolved.

Since the land grabbing scandal the Governor has shutdown the Ministry of lands. The Governor appointed  Paschal Nwakanma an expert with needed experience as SA on Land Recovery to recover all illegally obtained lands.

The SA has always vowed to step on toes to ensure all illegally acquired lands are recovered.
