Appeal Court Reverses Tribunal Judgement, Affirms Ibe Okwara Osonwa’s Election Victory

The Court of Appeal, Lagos, has set aside the judgment by the National Assembly Election Tribunal in Umuahia which declared Daniel Okeke of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the last election for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, and declared Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa of the Labour Party as the duly elected member, House of Representatives, Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency
